This site (holdoutos.com) is operated by Leda Agency Oy, a limited company registered in Finland (Business ID 3348510-4), registered office in Helsinki, Finland (“we”, “us”). HOLDOUT is our product. By using this site or joining the founding list, you accept these terms.

HOLDOUT is pre-launch. This site describes the product as designed and lets you join a founding list for notification when onboarding cohorts open. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a contract for the HOLDOUT service, or a guarantee that the service, any feature, any price, or any launch date will exist in the form described.

Joining the founding list means one thing: we will notify you when your cohort opens. It does not guarantee access to HOLDOUT, a specific cohort, a founding slot, or any pricing. Cohort capacity is genuinely limited by our verification methodology; qualification depends on factors including your store’s traffic volume, as described on the site. We may decline, defer, or close the list at our discretion. You may leave the list at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

You must be at least 18 and acting for business purposes to join the list — the age at which this agreement can be entered into. The Privacy Policy states a separate 16 floor for processing personal data; the two limits govern different things and neither replaces the other.

The figures on this site are of three kinds, and the site’s design distinguishes them deliberately. Specimen data (the “Corvi Beauty” readouts, ledger entries, and similar) is illustrative example data, not measurements from a real customer. Published industry figures (tariff rates, advertising cost indices, cannibalization bands) come from third-party sources and describe markets, not your store. Projected figures are always visually marked as projected and are estimates, not commitments. None of these is a promise of results your business will achieve, and nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

The HOLDOUT name, wordmark, gauge mark, the Instrument Grade design language, and all content on this site are owned by Leda Agency Oy. No license is granted by viewing this site. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. If you send us feedback or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation.

Do not misuse the site: no automated signup abuse, no interference with the service or its security measures, no misrepresentation of your identity, no unlawful use. We may remove list entries created in violation of this section.

The site is hosted and its email is delivered by third-party providers (identified in the Privacy Policy). Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

The site and the founding list are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that pre-launch descriptions will match the launched product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leda Agency Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this site or membership of the founding list, and our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may update these terms; the current version, with its effective date, always lives at this address. Material changes apply from posting. If you join the list after a change, the current version applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are settled in the District Court of Helsinki — except that if you are a consumer, you retain any right to proceedings and mandatory protections in your country of residence.
